I called the 800 number for the futon shop and had a laundry list of questions. Every question was answered plus this salesperson had so much more information. The Futon Shop offers this free futon, so I got it and it was fabulous. The frame is hardwood in a cherry finish and hugs the walla. The futon has a spring organic cotton and natural latex plus this fabulous organic cotton washable cover. This place has the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We are on our third futon couch from this place. The second two were warranty replacements. The one we have now had hinges that were rotted through and the screws were pulling out of the wood, when we received it. Straight out of the box! We contacted them several times; they never respond back to us. Finally, about 2 months later they tell us we are SOL. So now we have a couch, with no arms, sitting on our living room floor.... One Of the best futon stores I've ever shopped. Timely delivery,many choose of futons,frames,beds and other Items..not a mom and pop shop..but a large 30 year old company. Their prices and online site www.thefutonshop.com made it very helpful to shop before I came into the store. I do believe they ship all over the USA. Great Store/Company! Read More »
