I had In Touch for over 16 years. Last year I let someone talk me into switching to Consumer Cellular. For 4 months Consumer could not get my phone service to work. Dropped calls, no service and dead air to name just a few of the problems. I finally decided to go back to In Touch. Had me up and running the very next day. Signed up for this service in 2016 and have loved it ever since! We had consumer cellular and we were paying over $100 a month! We have two phones and now we pay $55 a month! And i still have unlimited minutes and text, my husband barley uses his phone so hes on a plan with 100 minutes, which is way more then enough for him! Being with InTouch America has had it's perks over the years. I am per say a moderate minute user, as I am on a 450 minute plan. I did get a couple of bills with a "gracious amount"!! but as soon as I got on the phone with customer service they where able to balance out my minute usage. I had gone over my 300 minutes without knowing it. The Customer Service Rep explained that I was better off with 450 minutes. It has been 5 years since and I have never gone over again. My daughter suggested that I activate my cell service with Intouch America 3 months ago and I have no complains so far. I was glad that the paperwork was so easy to understand for a senior like myself. They also offer flexible plans according to your needs and very affordable for a person with a fixed income. I recently switched my cell phone service to InTouch America. I’m so pleased with their service and the prices that they gave me. I was paying $50 a month for service elsewhere and I was able to get the same amount of minutes for $20 less per month. They put me on a great network and I have great reception at my house. This company is a great find. We travel a lot and they were able to provide us with a global phone at a very low price. We get unlimited everything at a great cost in the United States and our phones can take any global chip wherever we go so we don’t pay crazy roaming charges. I got a phone from InTouch America about 6 months ago and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have an awesome phone that has a full keyboard but is also small and light weight, it does so much it amazes me sometimes. I left my previous cell phone company because I kept dropping calls and had the hardest time getting any type of help from their customer service. I have been with Intouch America since 1995! My phones have changed and plans have gotten richer and better, but one thing always remains the same, Intouch America has always provided me with great service and that has never changed!! InTouch America has worked great for me and my husband. We love our unlimited everything plan and never have to worry about going over our minutes, text, or data. They also have great customer service with access to there direct extension numbers, making it easier to get results instead of talking to a machine. We use to have really large bills with my old provider as every other month was a surprise. We are very happy with them and just wanted to spread the word. Great deals & great service.... Our family has been with InTouch America for many many years. I had to take the time to write this review just because they always go out of their way to take care of us. I had gotten a new phone a few months ago and my son threw it in the pool by accident last week.
