If you're smart enough to do your due diligence and look at reviews consider this the Red Flag you've been looking for. Whatever they're quoting you is either way off the charts or it's a bait and switch scam. After 4 months of communication and ordering samples, testing them, and getting quotes I finally decided to move forward with a fairly large order. Not sure why you had a bad experience with them. I see this site hasn't been updated in a while, but I started working with Spa De Soleil about 4 months ago and many orders have gone out, all of them in perfect order and received quickly. I have a small spa in Los Angeles and Spa De Soleil has the supplies I need, locally and have been responsive to me so far. Read More »

Hi, I thought it would be nice to share a success story! I have used Proactive and many other skin care products in attempt to treat my occasional acne! I can't even begin to think about the dollars I've spent trying to find a treatment that would work for me. I've been to countless doctors, and have had I don't know how many facials! This company has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. No problem can be fixed with one call. it takes about a month and 15 phone calls to even begin resolving an issue. I recently opened a spa and needed a few great product lines to fill my shelves. I stumbled onto the Spa De Soleil booth at the Cosmoprof show in Las Vegas. I tried a few of their new product lines and was pleasantly surprised to see how GREAT they worked. I purchased from the Organic Olive Essence line, the Day Moisturizer, Healing Nutrient, Cleanser and Body Butter.
