Terrible customer service. After 3 unsuccessful calls to get answers to a few technical questions about their cable slide awning system, I finally got someone on the line who told me "I don't have the time to answer your questions, good bye". Its hard to make the to decision to post something negative about a business (especially these days), but in this case I think folks need to know.
