We were very pleased with the repairs that were done on our car. The left front fender and bumper were involved in an accident on our Honda Civic. Ana R. and Chris M. were professional and courteous from the start. I have been using Schiro's for over 10 years during which time I've been hit in various parking lots and left to suffer the consequences. Each time, Schiro's restored my car to look like new. The customer service was excellent. They kept me informed of their progress during the time they had my car and the car was ready in the time they had promised it would be. After my car was rear-ended, the other party's insurance company, State Farm, recommeded Schiro's for the repair to my 12 year old Ford Explorer Sport. I'm SO happy I took it there. My truck looks like new, thanks to the wonderful people at Schiro's, especially Chris Monroy in the North Hollywood location! This is a totally professional and high class company. This shop is the best body shop I've ever been to! Frank, Micha & Anna go out of there way to take care of their customers. They treated my car like it was theirs. My car is only 2 years old but looks brand new and when they saw how I take car of my car they treated it with respect. The body shop workers also. Took time to say high to me and asked if I was satisfied with the work they did. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who is really picky about their cars like I am! Read More »

We have lived in Chatsworth for 17 years and Schiros is the only place we trust to take great care of our cars. They have very friendly knowledgeable employees. They are reasonably priced, get the job done in a very reasonable amount of time, they never try to cheat you by saying that you need additional work or repairs when they are not necessary. schiros is the bomb!!! Ive been to both locations, but mainly go to the one in Chatsworth- Its a lot closer. I cannot tell you how amazing these people are. they treat you like family, talk to you with the utmost respect, and they jump through hoops for you. They are truly amazing. Schiros is THE BEST in the business! Over the past 15 years, I have had 3 cars repaired at the North Hollywood shop and have been thoroughly impressed with their committment to customer service, professionalism, and quality of worksmanship each and every time. These guys are great! I sincerely think they do the best body work in town. From start to finish, Schiro's always provides me with excellent quality care and customer service, coupled with superior quality work.
