Robert's team was fabulous. They explained the process and walked me through the paperwork and submissions. When I hit roadblocks because of self-employment income and deferred student loans, they "talked me off the ledge" and helped me to stay focused on the end goal - getting my new home. I've worked with Robert and his staff now on two separate occasions. Both times went very smoothly and quickly. They were always there to assist me with my transaction, answered my questions at seemingly all hours of the day (and night). I applied for a prequal with US Mortgage Capital, Wells Fargo, and my Credit Union. US Mortgage Capital prequalified me fast and I was able to present the prequal letter with my offer for a home purchase. Then they went to work and got my loan done in no time. I did my first loan with Robert in July of 2011. I am an engineer and spend a lot of time looking fo the best deal. Nobody could be Roberts pricing.
