Very dishonest business. I called them out to root my sewer line. The plumber advised me that the line needed to be scoped as he suspected problems with the line. I reluctantly agreed to their $250.00 fee for this service. The supervisor informed me that my line is severely cracked and if not replaced would likely soon collapse. I have experienced extremely bad customer service with Roto Rooter. I tired reaching someone in the administration office for over a week and no one has yet to call me back. All calls roll into voicemail. I know they are a big company but I expected better from them. Read More »
