Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. One person was finally civil and marginally helpful. It is absurd that this business stays afloat. Misinformation, delay tactics up the wazoo. I have yet in my career of 25+ years to deal with such an incompetent company. Their business methods and procedures are inconsistent based on the race of client they are dealing with. I observed for over 2 hours the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional mannerisms. I am truly disappointed in the business encounter not to mention some of my personal property was taken while my vehicle was in their care.
