I did not have a good experience. Yesterday they were to be there between 1 & 3 and did not get there until 4 pm. They dragged their hoses over my hardwood floors and did not put anything down to protect the floors. The next morning I realized an expensive camera flash that had been on my table by the door they were going in and out of was missing and they had been the only ones in the house in the last 24 hours (I had been using it that morning).
