i bought a car from auto finance sales and the car broke down on me less than a week, they dont want to give meback my 3,500 dollars of down payment after i returned the car, The general manager Jimmy is so rude he should not be a manager!! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, RUN AND HOPE YOU DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING FROM THESE CREEPS!!! I went in today to trade my 2001 Ford Mustang with 92,000 miles on it for a 2009 Toyota Prius. When I got there, the "finance manager" told me he would give me $3000 to $3500 for my car (clean title, never wrecked, no scratches or dents and non smoker car). I bought a vehicle and one week later it broke down they will not fix it cause it has nothing to do with the engine. I told them its a safety thing the Axel broke 2 times they didn't want to repair it for nothing then I was late on 1 payment and they Rep the vehicle they charge a harm and a leg to recover the vehicle and even if your late and your next payment is almost due they charge you both payments plus a 150 dollar to stop the Rep. When I went to purchase my car from this horrible company in Oct 2009, I was met with a very nice man who said that he would work with me... I noticed during my test drive that the srs brake light was on... He said that he would repair it and that there should be no further questions. After giving them 4000.00 we drove off with the car there was a laundry list of items that were wrong with the car as of the 1st day.. They are running a scam over there at this company. I warn anyone even thinking of going there to go somewhere else. Yes, they will put you in a car for $3,000 down, after that they got you! They will cash your check/money order, then deny receiving payment. Until you personally prove to them that they have taken your money. Meanwhile, they will repo your car (illegally) regardless of receiving payment. In addition to selling you a car they know have dealer recall issues. They will be rude, d... Read More »
