Called Karen several times to ask questions regarding my timeshare, even though she couldn't sell my timeshare for me ( because I own a timeshare at the Manhattan Club and the yearly fees are outrageous) she helped me with several questions about people that are trying to scam me into sending them money to sell my timeshare.
