Be aware! This company is bad news! Any dealership can lease and can locate cars. There will be for sure no customer service afterwards - you will be alone on this. The lease numbers are higher than any dealership, trying to get you on a long term lease, so they can make money. The most unprofessional people I have ever done business with. Had a written agreement to lease a car for the terms in the agreement, but the contracts they sent me were for 20% to 30% more than agreed on. I was told that the manufacturer had changed their money rate and residual, therefore there was nothing that they could do about it. Found The Lease Outlet on top of search when looking up Audi Lease. Wow! It was like night and day compared to my dealership experience. Sales staff was very professional and up front with their services. I found the Lease Outlet doing some searching for an alternative way to lease my next car. I had an existing Audi A4 on lease and the term was coming up.
