They made our night a nightmare. We asked to be picked up at a club and dropped of at bossa nova. Unfortunately I left my cell phone in the cab. 5 minutes later I called my cell and the diver which I tiped very well in a very rude voice said that he's busy and in order for him to dropp of the phone it'll cost me $50! Whenever my boss needs a cab to get anywhere, I always call Beverly Hills Cab. It was going smoothly at first as far as Customer Service is concerned, but lately their service just went from okay to extremely foul. About 3 weeks ago I called for a cab and a female representative answered the phone. Her voice was so unfriendly and would cut you off in the middle of a question.
