Their employees are stupid and VERY rude, uneducated bunch dumb people. They will hang up on you....Fred Fleming will never return your calls ... find another lawyer, the staff have no idea what is going on with your file, for almost 2 years they told me that the gov. is too busy and understaff to even look at my file, bad excuse...not only that...I was told that since I am USA citizen and White person my file is most likely not even look at...seriously - I could not believe my ears what I am... From the first moment I contacted Mr. Fleming's office I was treated with utmost respect. Mr. Fleming contacted me from his car phone when he received my voice mail. Within a week a representative from his office came to my home to ask and answer questions. I was told to immediately made an appointment with Social Security to get the process started; he did tell me that my first response from Security Security would be a negative one. Possibly twice. I have had the best expirence dealing with Mr. Fleming and his staff. From the minute the professional gentleman came to my home to sign up my case, up until my hearing date everyone I have come to contact with at this office is AWESOME! I have first hand knowledge of how Mr. Fleming treats his clients. They are treated with care, respect and professionalism. I have referred some of my closest friends and family members to Mr. Fleming knowing he will take good care of them. Fred Fleming's staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. I was treated very courteously. These idiots did NOTHING for me. I ended up going to a non-profit and getting the same services for FREE. The difference? The non-profit not only did my SSDI/SSI claim for free, but they actually won the case. I would not recommend these monkeys to my worst enemy, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would have. Mr. Fleming represented me in 2008 and I got a positive result. I have refered others to him but the feedback I got was not so good. The staff was rude and uncareing and if your case was not a slam dunk, not much would they do. I tried to contact the office today for a referal for my daughter and was treated horribly. I am only writing this review after having two hearings postponed. I had a hearing in March/April 2012. The lawyer representing my case was too concerned with talking on his phone, than speaking with me. He openly told me he asked for a continuance once before, because he was afraid he would miss his flight home. Well, guess what, he did the same thing happened with me. **Very rude.I was met with a bad attitude on several occasions when I called them and was actually able to get through to a person. **They strung me along for two years and then miracliously dropped my case 2 weeks before my court hearing. **Thier staff has no qualms about getting sassy and with clients on the phone.
