Did a refinance with Americash in June, 2010, they offered the lowest rate with 0 points at the time so I went with them. The process was pretty smooth, closing took a few days longer than expected but it was within a reasonable time period (33 days versus 30 days). My experience with Americash has been a totally positive one. Greg Carr did an awesome job helping me navigate through the refinancing process. He is a consummate professional who is dedicated to providing great service to his customers. I am what you would call a pushy and demanding consumer with many questions and high expectations. We found Americash on on line. We requested information via email and received an email from Alan at Americash. He did a great job to answer all of my questions and was very patient. As I had been dealing with several comapanies at one time Alan did not pressure me to call - he remained professional and that is what earned my business. We just closed on a loan with Americash and could not be happier. We first found Americash on the internet and read both and good things about Americash. We contacted Keith Barney in their office and he did a great job to explain the process. Within 3 weeks our transaction was closed with no surprises and just as Keith said it would. I also got this company off the web. My Americash Rep Clark Kirby told me up front that they may not be the lowest, nor the highest of all initial offers. He said alot of lenders offer rock bottom quotes then come back later with "oopse we forgot about this and that", and rates would change. He also suggested that I fax in my best offers and I did. Americash was one of about five lenders who responded to my request to refinance. They did not have the best verbal rates/fees, so I said no thank you and moved on. I received an email from the manager of the agent I worked with 'guaranteeing' to beat anyone's rate by 1/8% and $650 on the fees. I contacted them and asked what I needed to qualify. Our family was bombarded by lending tree people and found out all but 1 company were not so truthful in quoting accurate rates and terms. My Loan Officer Clark Kirby gave me info and it was the same from beginning of loan until we signed loan papers. He worked with me instead of only thinking about the almighty dollar. Read More »
