I wish to thank the staff of the Global All State Car Rental store near Holiday Inn & La Quinta INN for their kindness and wonderful service. They are all very onsiderate and friendly. Great Service! Excellent Service, I rented a car from Global all states car rental, 1. the whole process was so smooth, 2. Global All States Car Rental is a pleasure to use for car rentals. The focus on customer satisfaction is consistent and at a high level. The only complaint I ever have is the personnel sometimes spend so much time guiding each customer to the desired car and/or direction that one has to wait a longish time to be served. my experience with Global Allstates Car Rental was easy, affordable , and straightforward. no line, simply they are very good car rental company, good service, friendly staff, they are located right by the La Quinta Inn&Suites and Holiday Inn. and also I got really good room rate at the La Quinta Inn, if you need hotel room it is very convenience. Awesome service, again we rented a Minivan with Global AllStates Car Rental. And we are really happy with the price and service I can say they are a very good rental car company. Service was courteous and efficient. I got good customer service and great deal here at All States Car Rental so I have to give them good review, the people working here are nice friendly, we rented a Mini Van and my family really liked it, No hassles over insurance or gas, the return was perfect and easy, anyway they do not run a credit check ( unlike other big places) anyone basically can rent, best rental car experience I've ever had from top to down. will use them again if I need to rent a car. We will definitely rent from All States Car Rental on our next trip to Los Angeles, they are really close to the LAX airport and easy to transfer from LAX to counter. My company suggested me All States C. R. I think they were right. We rented a minivan with tv DVD player , drove very nicely. And had no problems! My flight was cancelled at LAX and I called GLOBAL ALLSTATE CAR RENTAL and they took really good care of me. I had too many bags to carry on a shuttle, so they offered to pick me up! I was thrilled to be picked up and saved from that dreadful airport. The car I got was clean and comfortable and at the right price!
