Bill and Trish are FANTASTIC!!! In the middle of a heat wave, when they're super busy, they took my call on a Tuesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. With a heat wave and a 7 month pregnant wife, AC was essential. Bill came over first thing in the morning, like he said he would (unlike the cable guys who give you a 12 hour window). My mother has a home in Laguna Woods retirement village that had an air cooling unit from the 60's that was not efficient or effective for cooling or heating. Since last winter she has either been in the hospital or assisted living with a variety of life threatening problems. I didn't make a decision to install central air and heat as I didn't know if she would be coming home. One recent heat wave, my husband and I walked into our house which was almost 90 degrees.We were bringing our daughter home from the burn center at CHOC. She had 3rd degree burns and we were desperate to have her cool and comfortable. I called Cool Air Technologies at almost 6 p.m. They were fully booked for the night.
