We have had our new Heating and Air Conditioning Unit for a little over a year now and only have 1 regret. Our regret is that we did not do this sooner. Our electric bills were almost $300.00 a month in the summer and our home was still was not cool. We interviewed several company's and gave our business to Steve's Air. This company wanted to charge me $795 for a fan motor. The tech told me my ac system does not take some freon that it is obsolete. I was so mad I still paid his diagnostic charge of $59.95 and called another company and said it was misdiagnosed and said it was a capacitor and only charged me $163.97. I tried calling steves to get my diagnostic fee back because the tech didn't properly diagnose my unit and spoke with Donna and she told me I should have got a second opinion from another tech fr...
