lowes is great when it comes to buying something. However when you need a service man forget it. We waited all day to have our kitchen sink installed only for no one to show up. When they finally showed one week later they did hurried work leading for the faucet to fall off 2 days later. Once again called for a service man, once again got stood up. I wanted to have new carpet installed in my home. Lowe's sent someone to measure for $51. They did the measurements and called me to come pick out a carpet, when I got there they staffer said "we can't install carpet in the house one of the rooms has a old vinyl floor (asbestos hazard). I said fine, let me have the measurements and was told that giving the measurements out was against store policy.
