My association Action Property Management even admitted they were wrong to tow my car from my own garage!!! It's unbelievable. It get's worse, because then I call Patrol One, and they speak to me in a harassing manner saying they will not release my car from the Towing Company. The Towing company was a junkyard, my brand new 2014 car was left there overnight sandwiched between smashed cars. Until just within the last few years I have had No issues personally. Recently my vehicle supposedly cited 2x for exceeding Monthly parking time.
 According to them I was cited 2x within 4 days this month, towed on the 4th day early am. Out of 2 citations I should have seen at least one of them but that wasn't the case. When I called the police department to report my car missing they told me it had been towed by Southside Towing in Costa Mesa. After going to Southside Towing and talking with one of the employees they candidly told me that "we have to grease the wheels of the private security companies in order to get them to call us for the tow."
