My daughters grandparents who are in their 80's and live over 75 miles away wanted to send my daugther a special flower arrangement for her birthday. They were charged $78.00 for a small glass box with 3 hydrainga flowers and a few purple flowers. Needless to say the arrangement was anything but "special".
