This is a ZERO star rating on customer service. I finally got through to a manager and kindly told him they missed the two scheduled appointments and he offered to schedule someone to come out today. I told him I would rather have a refund since we already went down that road twice before. Then I offered a suggestion that in the future he have their field guys know the schedule and to notify appointments if they were running late or couldn't make it. I had a scheduled Appointment today between 10am-11am. The Service tech arrived shortly after 10am. He explained exactly what he would be doing and was very courteous In the process. He questioned me whether I had any particular problem areas and then went about his job. I was very satisfied with the the timeleness of the service and the Tech's professionalism. Read More »

I wanted to thank the bower termite family business for the service I received from your technician Jessie. He assured me in more ways than one I was going to receive the best possible termite service available. He was so professional about everything. He explained the steps that would be taken to eliminate soil and infected wood areas. I am very happy with the work Bowers did on my home everyine was very professional and courteous. The Inspector did a very thorough check on my home and answered all my questions. I felt the quote he gave me was very reasonable and alot less than what I was quoted by another company. THe guys that came out to do the treatment took their time and did a really good job on my home. I haven't had any more issues with termite since they treated my home. I’ve had an annual contract with Bowers for 10+ years and I’m horribly disappointed by their recent lack of professionalism, rudeness and total disregard for the customer’s needs. Last week—less than 2 months after renewing my annual contract—I called Bowers and scheduled an appointment for their technicians to come out and treat an area where I found termite droppings. This is a very unprofessional and unethical company. If you need termite control look elsewhere. They don't return messages and failed to arrive when promised. They caused damage to my property and have only patronized me in my attempts for compensation. Read More »
