I have had billing problems since I went there in June. They told me I need a mouth guard which they sell for over $700 and which I was TOLD I only had to pay about half. Then the Insurance company denied the claim because I hadn't had oral surgery in the 6 months preceding the day they provided the service. This dental office is the worst dental office ever. They take very long to attend you, they recommend unnecessary dental treatments (because they are greedy and don't really care what happens to your mouth), provide low quality dental services, horrible customer service from the dental staff and they will definitely overcharge you and claim that they are offering the lowest prices around. This office is horrible. Long wait times. Horrible customer service and even worst doctors and nurses. Nurses joke and make fun of customers inside the office. The lady that comes around that quotes you on the procedure is misleading not giving all options, only giving options that are higher in cost. Although my insurance covered basic dental needs, they tried to tell us that "it was only a discounted plan". They are deceiving greedy people only out there to make money and not actually help...
