My tenant had a clogged kitchen sink. He called for the $59.00 special. When they arrived they said that price is only if you have a accessible clean-out. The tenant didn't know.... so they went ahead and did the work from under the kitchen sink and charged him $180.00 to clear the drain."I guess they never looked outside where one does exist."
