They lie their customers and promise them things that will never happen. They steal customers money with subscriptions while they offer them things that will never happen. They have a terms and conditions which is against the laws. When you are a new customer they can answer you the next day but when they cannot take money from your bank card they will tell you but you cannot reach them, they do not answer your messages and they say your case will be given to an executor company. I signed up for a subscription with ChristianMingle.com, and immediately turned off the auto-renew feature (as I do with any online subscription site). Noticed that my credit card had a charge on it from the company at the time when my subscription auto-renew would have kicked in. Christian Mingle and Spark Networks have no interest in bringing couples together or even creating a Christian environment. Their only concern is the bottom line, and getting something for nothing. I had an account deleted with no warning 12 hours after subscribing (11 of which I was in class or at work). I signed up 6-4-2011 and removed my profile 6-14 after paying 58.00. They said they would not refund so I am disputing this through my credit card company. They lied several times and also send my 3 viruses that thank goodness my laptop has good firewall. I got an email saying one of 4 men put me on their YES list. I signed up for a 3 month term. After less then 5 days I got a few smiles and I wrote Emails back to these members. On most dating sites as long as the paying member signs up. This normally allows communications between the paid member and possible free members. Not the case on christianmingles.com. I had to call the company to confirm this. After logging on to jdate.com, a banner read that I had 28 messages in my inbox. Thinking this was an opportunity to meet people on the site, I attempted to open my inbox and was redirected to the subscription screen. I would like to forewarn people about this website. HOW does this company get an A+ RATING, if all these posting are complaints ???? But this site takes it to the max. During my first 10 days of membership ( which I have signed up for 6 months ), I have been bombarded with spammers wanting to talk to me, sending me emails and smiles. Their website Christians Mingle is not working properly. I tried to log in to unsubscribe and it said it could not recognize me. Also no matter what button you click, the main page does not change. Also I am receiving 5 or more emails per day and only have 2 people who have requested a contact. This is driving me crazy and I have never joined or paid for membership. Mate 1 .com .. they allow scam artist to get on line and ripp you off ,, I have other complaints from other men and one for sure person who is doing this .
