Compre una recamara y a los pocos dias el tocador empezo a despegarse de una esquina llame a la tienda con el señor pedro encargado de servicio me daba fechas para venir a verlo y tomar la garantia asi me trajieron por casi un mes, y cuando por fin vienen ven que es problema de fabrica y toman la garantia y se lo llevan ya ah pasado un mes y nada que lo devuelven se les llama y me dicen que el mueble ya esta, un dia antes de que la fecha que el me dio lo llamo para acordar la hora de entrga m... We bought a couch set from their East Los Angeles store. We did have trouble from the beginning due to their very limited speaking and understanding of english. Within 3 days we advised them the cushions were sinking. We went back and forth with store mgr. and sales mgr. for a week or so. They offered to exchange but only for the same product/item, which we refused since we didn't want the same defected couches. Ive never had a problem with casa linda before. I bought my bedroom furniture in Los Angeles, ca 90021. THe only problem I currently have with them is that they are willing not to resolve my mattress problem. I mattress worn off inless than 2 years. Its a Serta, and the sales Rep. Said to me it was going to last me a long time. I call Casa Linda explain the situation and they sent someone out to my house and it so happens that casa linda refuses to replace my mattress, I paid over $1,000 doll... Read More »

This place has the rudest manager. I called about a problem with a piece of furniture. The manager (so she said she was) got very rude and mouthy with me. I would ask her a question and she answered it with an attitude then when I would confirm her answer she would contradict herself. I will never buy at this place again I will spread the word in the area not to buy from these location! It's the Washington Blvd location.
