I HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU After being a customer for over 6 years, I was a little surprised when, Kat, indicated to me that she was holding a box (from Dell) unless I paid her an extra fee because she considered the box oversize. She also indicated that the contract that I signed, several years ago, covered this particular subject. Here one gets the kind of service that has made America great once. Personalized, individual, first-class, reliable and professional.
