I have had my Life Spas for over 10 years and have replaced one jet for $10. Not bad considering my cal spa only lasted 5 years with 2 broken pumps and a cracked shell. Life spas seems to be a small company but they certainly know what there doing when it comes to manufacturing because my tub is solid. We purchased our spa 6 months ago. Recently a swirling jumbo jet popped off. some little tabs had broke off. We got through to service and we paid $5.61 to return the jet via UPS. Upon receipt they said they would send a replacement. We received a message that they want over $10 to ship the replacement. for over a week we have left several messages to try to get the replacement shipped. When we came in to look at your spas and were shown the difference between acrylic and your spas I was surprised and skeptical. Now that we've has our LS 7000 for 2 months we're very pleased with the quality and low maintenance. We are just able to use and enjoy it. I’ve had my spa for 2 years now and it has been awesome. Specifically, I really like the Bromine Generator system because it’s makes the spa virtually maintenance free and saves me time and money I would be using to mess around with chemicals. Very disappointed with this company's customer service. We spent thousands of dollars by purchasing a spa and gazebo from this company. After only two and a half years we're having issues, and apparently our five year warranty is not going to be honored. I have had my spa for almost 6 years now, got it in June of 04, and it has been great. I have needed a few parts over the years, but Lifespas has always been there to help out. I suffer from back pains and the spa helps alleviate that pain. I actually look forward to coming home and lounging in my spa. It’s enjoyable for both my family and friends, everyone loves to hang out in the spa. Even after 6 years I know I still own a quality spa, I’ve recommended it to others. Read More »

I bought a spa in June 2009, and it has been working great since the day it was installed. I was skeptical about my appointment, but I ended up really liking the fact that the sales person proved to me that their spas quality were far above other spa companies. A quality spa for a reasonable price made with top shelf components. This is the second spa that I have owned over the past two decades and I've been very satisfied with it since day one. Just got back from there sales pitch. Or just bashing other spas talk.Wanted me to put down a 100.00 deposit to buy by the end it went down to a 20.00 deposit. Bargain basement sales pitch. The $1998.00 spa they offer, they have it in the corner in the dark hidden almost by a tree. It seems they are either ashamed or just don't want you to be able to sit it in.
