I ordered a suppressor a little over two weeks ago. I made the order over the phone, and I made my final choice on which suppressor to go with because one was out of stock and they guaranteed other was in stock. I gave them my card info and asked that they send me the serial number of my item so I can start the NFA paperwork. Every experience I've had with Botach has been superb. Shipping is fast, prices are the lowest I can usually find, and they take care of their customers. I recently placed an order for an item and Botach immediately let me know that the item would be on back order for a month or more. That was disappointing, of course, but they gave me the option right away to cancel my order, which I did. I bought from Botach many years ago.. stopped because of inconsistent service and very slow shipping. But - enticed by the daily specials...I gave them another try. Botach has competitive pricing. No tax and no shipping fees, keeps me coming back more often. My only complaint is that if an item is out of stock, they wont ship the rest of your order out and don't contact you to let you know. I was waiting for my order, and the only thing that was holding it up was a small item they didn't have. I had to call them up and ask them to remove that item and ship the rest, which they did. I have ordered 8 times this year from Botach and each order was shipped promptly and with the correct items ordered. Most orders were received in 4 days from order, once was 2 days from order, several were 6 days from order. All acceptable in my book. Yes, in the past there were some issues, but I believe they have overcome those problems and are doing a good job. Most recently got a screaming deal on 3 Volt batteries. They always have great prices, especially on close out items. Early on service was spotty, but in the past two years, they have been on it! I've shopped with Botach for over 8 years. They consistently have more cool things at the best prices anywhere. Normally they are a little above average for shipping time, unless an item is backordered - so watch your e-mail to make sure you don't have a message from them about your order. I have shopped Botach for several years. They have great prices but their customer service is inconsistent. They have items listed on their site that are out of stock and will not be restocked. So you place an order only to find that you will never get the item. They will refund your money but the process can be time consuming. Now if they have it in stock it will ship quickly and the quality is good. So I shop from them but don't count on getting everything I ordered. Read More »

I've ordered quite a bit from Botach lately. Items have been in stock and shipped very quickly. The special pricing they frequently have is outstanding and typically not beat by anyone. They have had problems in the past but in the last year there has been a dramatic improvement. Purchased 2 Remington Tactical Military Tango Knives at an incredible price. Slight difficulty placing order and it did take a few times to actually talk with customer service BUT they did return calls and did return e-mails. I am not sure what has changed at Botach Tactical but it has turned the company around. Now there is no more wondering if any of the items you ordered has gone on "back order" because now customer service contacts you within a day. CS then gives you the option to either ship when all items are available or if you want to split- ship you order. I have ordered many items over the past several years from Botach Tachtical. They always have the best prices and not just by a few dollars. Generally they are a good 15% or more better on the pricing, not including coupon codes. Shipping is fair and if you are outside of Cali there is no tax.
