This company has no customer service skills. Employees do not know how to handle a problem if it occurs. Instead when a problem occurs, they will will not know how to treat you. People
blamed everyone else in the organization for being wrong. I wish that I was talking about one person or about one branch, but I can name 3 different encounters off the top of my head from people working at 2 different offices. Read More »

Thomas F. posted a review

This was in 2004... they came to my work place with little stuffed monkeys and gave them to anybody who would open an account with a deposit of $1.
The savings accounts were "no fee" and "no minimum balance." We were told if we wanted, we could withdraw our $1 and have a zero balance and still keep the account without fees. Four short months later we found large service charges on our accounts - everybody at my work. We were paying something crazy each month, and really were duped and over pa... Read More »

M E R. posted a review

I just bought a new house and got my new mortgage through Premier America. The loan was the best and simplest part of the whole buying process. I applied online and got approved right away. They were ready to close early, so on time closing would have been possible except for problems with the seller of my house. I would definitelely recommend them to all my friends. Read More »

Premier America CU posted a review

The Simi Valley branch of Premier America Credit Union is located at 1368 Madera Road in the same parking lot as the 24 Hour Fitness. Read More »

alejandro s. posted a review

I had my auto loan for over 5 years with them, they never wanted to negotiate a lower rate than the 7.8% I got stiffed with! Never helped out a little extra to satisfy their customer, had a lapse of insurance coverage for less than 2 months and it cost me over $1000, they added it to my loan balance. That's what it costs if you don;t have coverage of your own. I recently paid the load off early, four months ago, and I am still waiting for my pink slip. Read More »

jack H. posted a review

I am a Baker Hughes employee and their office locates on Baker Hughes campus and service employee only.
But they rejected my check deposit (only $300) since payee on check are my name and my wife. But we both signed on the back of the check. They asked my wife to create an account or check-cash.
I have an account there over 12 years, Ok, it's time to go...

I have had this account since I was 10 years old. About 2 years ago I started to notice that fee's were being charged when they were never charged before, and people on the phone lost that nice spirit and became somewhat mean.. When I called and spoke with people on the phone I was told the same answer "the security experts said your account needed to closed" I mean common.. $17.00.. real... Read More »
