I ordered some of their organic snow cone syrups for my son's birthday party and everyone loved them! I especially like how they use glass bottles given all the negative articles about micro plastics recently. Highly recommended and shipping time was acceptable. Read More »

Purchased an emulsifier, bottle arrived with label stating only one ingredient and no concentration, i.e., percent of desired product in what solution. Basic labeling requirement from the FDA. Called their company number and was told, "Our company policy is we do not provide that information. You have to experiment with your product from .25 to 4% or our product to get it right." The customer service of this company is horrendous. We have been placing orders with Nature's Flavors for over a year and they are always backlogged. When we call, they can't seem to locate our orders and never ship the orders on time. As a manufacturer, we are actively seeking another vendor for our flavors. I think the ownership prioritizes all their time and resources on sales and marketing does not invest in their customer service or operations. I'd advise using another flavor company. Read More »

I've purchased many of Nature's Flavors organic fragrance oils. The oils are great and smell wonderful. I make soaps for a living so when I requested a copy of Nature's Flavors organic certificate, I figured this was a simple request (I've received certificates from ALL of my other vendors with no problems or hesitations what so ever).
