I had my windows replaced 10 years ago by CDW. After reading other reviews here it's obvious that installation can have it's annoyances. However, after 10 years of service with these windows, no one could ever make a complaint. My home is quieter, warmer and cooler all due to the exceptional materials used by this company. Be careful to check facts claimed by their salesman. First and foremost: He claimed that their windows contained NO plastic and that they were made of acrylic. Acrylic is a plastic (look it up). The CDW web site clearly says that they are made of vinyl. Vinyl is no doubt a plastic (look it up). He used the fact that other companies products were made of vinyl as a case against them. I called few companies and have chosen the California Deluxe Windows. They were very professional and always patient in explaining everything there is to know about the windows. I was going to replace only 2 windows, and after the installation I liked their work so much that I am installing a french door, that is facing my pool as well. I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS! I had a terrible experience with this company. They were pushy and RUDE! They were offering no-obligation, free consultations so we had one done but informed them that were not able to purchase at that time. They made several follow-up phone calls and we told them the same thing -- due to financial hardships we could not purchase their product.
