Nationwide Appliance Service, Inc came to our home to repair our air conditioning unit that would not start. Their technician determined that there was a short. The description on the service ticket read: Fixed low voltage line and fixed short. The first quote that he provide was $150.00 then he went to $250.00 and we ended up paying $200.00 and there were no parts involved. The air conditioner worked until we turned it off after that it wouldn't start again and this occurred around 12 hours... Read More »

On 4/17/10, I made an appt with Nationwide appliance. They said they would be at my house before 10am. yep, that never happened. They were one hour late. Okay...there is traffic or whatever the reason you would think someone would call and inform the client they were running late? Nope. In addition, the technician had no people skills. First company came out and gave a estimate for the compressor to be replaced. Their price was $450 - $600 . Nationwide Appliance services came out and performed an inspection and found out the problem was a start relay. The job took 15 minutes and now my GE refrigerator is working perfectly. The repairman Mike was on time, explained everything well and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased that I only had to pay $123.76. I will be using them again. Read More »

My Maytag washing machine went dead in the middle of the wash cycle. Nationwide repaired the problem quickly and efficiently and with a smile! I called Nationwide Appliance and spoke to Billy, who was very nice and helpful. Within a couple of hours the kind and capable Michael was at my house fixing the appliance!
