Yesterday and today a three man team installed a new floor in my entryway, hallway, family room and kitchen. I am thankful for the experience. It began with Paul who answered all my questions at the store. He was gracious and made sure I was understanding the possibilities of a lasting floor as one that would be acceptable for the time. We had our carpet installed on the 24th of September and it looks very nice. We're happy to finally have it completed. I would like to take the opportunity to comment on the outstanding efforts of Pedro and Faustino. I have been a remodeling contractor for the past 35 years and I am very difficult to please. The Hallway floor looks fabulous! Jose and Tom were very nice, quiet and professional and started working each day when they said they would be here. They did such a quality job all the way around. Tom put the door area thresholds on & the baseboards back on and even caulked the edges (which we thought we were going to do) This was such a small job probably compared to others they work on, that we are so appreciative they took the time to help us out.
