I bought extended Guarantee with this dealership, sold the car and requested a refund. The insurance sent Radical Auto the money, worth 1,574.37 dollars that they pocketed. After countless phone calls receiving excuses, and some Robert treating me like dirt, i realized they scammed me. Hey Man, You'd think that with a name like "Radical" a dude like me could just cruise on in and pick up a good times stylin' and profilin' beaver huntin' surfmobile, but nooooooo, the dude was like, "Hey T-Bone, What's the score?" and I was like, "I donno, man". BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from Radical Auto. Shady business that could only stay around in SoCal. Found a 2000 Lexus on the Internet and called them up. It was exactly what I was looking for. I had bad credit but they got the loan approved so I deposited $500 into their account. I live about 180 miles away in central CA. The day came to pick up. After filing my complaint with The Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by Radical Auto Deals, within a few days offering to resolve all matters. At the moment Radical Auto and I are in the process of finding and agreeing to a resolution. I have yet to speak with the owner of the company but in speaking with one of his representatives, a resolutions sounds promising. I hope to have a running, RELIABLE car SOON. Read More »
