I lived in LA for 25 years and Mark and Bruce were my mechanics for roughly the last 17 years that I lived there. I have been using Young's Automotive service for a long time, for many years. I continue to go to them because I have never had a complaint on the service done or the advice given. They have always been straight forward as far as I'm concerned. I am sure that if I had a complaint, they would take care of it. I paid cash for my car, a 2003 Yukon Denali XL, and when I went to the dealer they treated me like I stole the vehicle. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Young's Automotive Service. Even though it is a 2003, my car has nothing but problems. Young's really solved all of my problems, everything that was wrong.
