2 jobs - 2 Failures! I will NEVER hire Preferred Glass & Windows again... Preferred Glass & Windows installed all new Milgard windows in my home. The quality of the Milgard windows is incredible, but I would NEVER hire Preferred again. Don't trust Preferred Glass & Windows in Simi Valley. This is our experience with this company. 1. The installer missed one screw on our 8*5 window installation. This is against the Simonton window installation guide. Then we caught the installer cheat on another window. He put on three sides of the window without sealing the gap between the window frame and the new windows with foam. 2. A vast selection of glass products. I was able to special order a glass table top with a minimum of fuss. The staff was helpful and cooperative. Even when I needed to have a pane trimmed, they did it at no additional cost. If you want top-of-the-line products and service you can't go wrong here. No pain panes should be their motto. Read More »
