This lot offers sub-standard cars under the pretense of high-end, top quality used vehicles. BUYER BEWARE. They are nice during the transaction but once you have the car you will experience problems within days and they will not remedy the issues, offer any sort of service, customer service, common decency nor professionalism. i bought a 2010 S550 mercedes for $ 45000.00 and send them a check they cashed it and after a week they sold the car again and now im waiting for my money , after talking to them on the phone and screeming and yelling ... i find out that is what they do is selling the car to more than one person then use that money and if you are lucky enough you will get your money after an average 2 weeks ... thay think its smart ... but i think they not diffrent than stealing your money i hate those pers... I purchased a used BMW 3 series in late 2009. Although they provided a clean CarFax report, not everything was disclosed. It became apparent much later that my vehicle was involved in an accident and had likely been stolen and stripped of parts. In September 2004, I searched for an S430 Benz. I walked into several dealerships on LaCienega Blvd. One dealer was rude, the other completely ignored me. When I walked into European Autohouse, I was met by Michael, the Finance Mgr. He was completely professional and no games. I purchased the car and was very happy with the service I received. I PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM TWO WEEKS AGO. THEY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL, THE SALES MEN WAS VERY PROFESSINAL, MICHAEL AT FINANCE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND GOT ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE THAN I EXPECTED.
