Took 2000 Ford Ranger in for oil change only. Girl advised me they'd do complimentary inspection. I told her I kept up on servicing and 90k coming up. She asked me if plugs had been replaced and I told her I couldn't remember; she said I could check. (It was van I had plugs replaced.) While in waiting room she approached me with list of almost $900 work of which two things needed attention and it would take about 2 hours.
