I would caution anyone against considering this company and advise that they find another one to fulfill any service and repair needs they might have for their air conditioner or heater. My experience with this company (7/28/11)proved not only their dishonesty in their delivery of services, but their lack of concern for the satisfaction of their customer(s). I found this company through google. My heat went out during the rain and they were the only company that could come out to find out why my heater wasn't working. the technician arrived at my home at 6:30 the appointment was a 6-7 so I was happy. the technician wen to my furnace and figured out what was wrong with it in about 35 minutes. I dont remember it being this cold in a long time and I have lived in so cal for 51 years. I went to turn on my heater and it didn't turn on a few weeks ago. I had the gas company out they said it was a recalled furnace. (The name was premier, there is no recourse since the company declared bankruptcy) I called a few companies and scheduled estimates. I contacted American Air after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. The office staff were very helpful in scheduling a time that worked for me. Once a representative from American Air stopped by to hear what I was looking to have done and reveiwed with me all the details, how could I say no. They were prompt and professional taking care not so soil my carpet while installing my new heating unit. Because of their service I even signed up for their maintenance program. I was intriguied by the tax credits going on right now. I wanted to somehow benefit from the stimulus package. American Air had an advertisment saying they could get them for me through a new heating system. I had gotten estimates for a heater on and off for the last few years and never heard about the credits. I was interested and called them out. It was pretty easy to set the appointment. American Air Conditioning did a thorough and clean installation at my home. For the 3 days they were there, they were polite & courteous & cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. The workers were very helpful in answering any questions that I had & were very respectful of my home. Unlike other work that I have had done in my home, they arrived on time and I did not have to follow them around cleaning up behind them. I definitely recommend them! Read More »

I hired this company to do maintaneance of my A/C FURNACE system. They had sent a flyer advertising savings on your utility bill with their service of $99.00. I called them up and they sent out a technician. I purchased a 2 year service agreement for $146 plus paid $99 for the 1 time service on that day.
