I placed a large order with them for many faucet components for a bathroom. Many of the products appeared to be opened/returned. The biggest problem was packaging/shipping. They would ship from California to NY and the items looked like they were packaged by a 3 year old. Items repeatedly would show up damaged, which eventually delayed my project. I ordered a particular kitchen faucet - they sent me the California version that I did not order and did not want. They never notified me that they were switching products. I sent them two emails complaining about the switch and they have not responded to either email. How can this company get good ratings from the BBB? I PURCHASED A BATH TUB FAUCET AND HANDLES FROM FAUCET DEPORT. THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WITH FAUCET DEPOT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING. I DID RECEIVE THE FAUCET AND HANDLES, BUT ALL THE PARTS WERE MISSING. I CALLED FAUCET DEPOT WHO DIRECTED ME TO CALL DELTA FAUCETS.
