DO NOT do business with these people. They sent out a tech and he said a pump to the Central Air unit was broken and it was under warrantee. They set us up for an appointment to fix it and as he put it, free. Next day, their service manager, call and said they will fix it for $250.00. He stated that it was not their fault and that the pump was physically damaged by someone. Nobody else live here but us. I have lived in my home for almost 30 years in south Orange County. My wife and I were never happy with the heating and air conditioning that we had installed by a company in the early 1980's. I have spent well over $3,000 with this company. Their first technician said the 'fix' would be to just refill the freon. When this solution didn't work, Aliso Air sent out another technician who diagnosed the 'fix' to be the replacement of a coil. The service manager said he would give me a credit from the first repair disaster to be applied towards the coil replacement. He never did and unfortunately, the 'fix' /coil replacement did not work. Great company! They took care of us through the entire process of getting a new system installed. From prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman, to clean, effecient, and skilled installers, we could not be happier! The system we selected was very effcient and VERY affordable compared to the other quotes we recieved.
