I was charged with 2 Felony Counts (Sex Crimes). I called the law office of Wallin & Klarich and a man by the name of Gregory Balderrama answered. I explained the details of the case to Gregory. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME! We went to this firm regarding my son's school expulsion case. During the first meeting the attorney was a very good seller. He convinced us to believe that he was experienced and that he would be a good advocate for my son. We are thorougly disappointed with Attorney Sheldon Lee's lack of respect for us,during court, before court, he sold us out. He made jokes at us and about us, he had any knowledge of the case, was never prepared, did not answer e-mail, phone calls, unless he was forced to. I was facing misdemeanor driving on a suspended licensecCharges. I kept getting cited for this as restrictions prevented me from getting my license back. I have to say from personal experience that this is a very good firm. They have incredibly experience lawyers (just youtube them, they've been on many high profile cases) and you can speak directly to the senior partners in most cases... They offer up free advice and have an incredibly helpful website with many resources. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a ton of experience with law firms, but my experience with Wallin & Klarich has been quite positive. I recommend them. Read More »

I was arrested and charged with petty theft. I was facing up to 6 months in the county jail. A representative from the store indicated that they had me on video attempting to steal over $250.00 worth of merchandise. I was charged with contempt of court by violating a court order our of Rancho Cucamonga court. I originally hired an attorney from Orange County, but was disappointed in his legal service. I was charged with driving with a suspended license (Vehicle Code x14601) with two prior convictions. I could have served more then 30 days in jail because of the new crime and my prior record. I received notice that I was facing a violation of probation out of Riverside Court and was facing up to 600 plus days in jail. I contacted Wallin & Klarich and hired their services. I was very concerned when I was arrested for a first time Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, I was very concerned because my job depended on me being able to drive.
