I was brought into this dealership on false pretense. I received a letter from Capital One saying I was pre approved for 38000 car loan. Being optimistic I called the number on the letter which directed me to the Ford Dealership. After speaking their their Capital one rep at the dealership, she expressed to me that this was a official pre approval loan and all I needed to do was submit my online credit application and after t hat she would contact me back on what to do. I purchased an extended warranty (PremiumCare) through Airport Marina Ford for my 2005 BMW X5 in the amount of $3695 which I paid in full. A month & a half later I needed repairs done to my car which are all covered under this warranty however once the estimate was given to the warranty company by the BMW dealer they quickly denied the repair claim, according to them due to some mistakes made by Airport Marina Ford with my contract. The on-site service manager is very customer oriented and wants the customer to be happy. Airport Marina should know that he is an asset to their company. Customer service is taken very serious by him. Other companies say that customer service is #1, but Leonard has proven this to me. I will continue to bring my car there. Read More »

Shopping for a new car at Airport Marina Ford was a very bad experience for my wife and me. First, we told a salesperson that were shopping for a new car in a certain price range and the salesman showed us a bunch of cars that were either too expensive or used.
