July 30, 2012 - I live in an apartment complex where Franco Pool Plastering has been working since July 9, on a job they stated would take one and a half weeks, and they are at least one and a half weeks from finishing the job. I have a copy of the signed proposal they provided the apartment manager, dated March 13, 2012, and they started the job July 10, 2012.
