Ive lived in their buildings for over 3 ½ years now and I have literally no complaints. Not only is my building beautiful but if anything goes wrong, OC management has been great about their repairs. My dishwasher wasn’t working well, and they replaced it, no questions asked. Same went for my stove. Their maintenance people are professional, on time and reliable. Thank You OC staff ! I had a very short time frame to find a place to live and relocate to Orange County due to my job transfer. I was nervous signing a lease to a place I had only seen online, especially after reading the previous review But… I am wiping the seat from my forehead (relived after being so nervous) and doing somersaults in excitement because the office personnel proved the bad review wrong. If they say they will do XYZ… They will do it! They have wonderful systems and procedures in place to where they can provide consistent and efficient management, every time. Also, they take full advantage of technology and contently advance to make it easier on tenants and owners alike. Very Professional, Kind and Courteous. I am a renter of one of the properties they manage and I am very happy with the assistance and maintenance that I have received in the past 2 years that I have been a renter. I just wanted to thank you & your company for all the improvements that has been done here. When I moved here this place was a drug haven & the laundry room was used as the drug dealer’s office, it was so bad I wouldn't go out after dark. Would just like to say thanks again to everyone at OC Property Management who helped out with my re-finance requests (appraisal inspection, paperwork requests) this past month. YOU GUYS GET FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK !! Granted I was’t too happy to hear that the tenant was moving out and I was wonder why. So I stopped by the house to talk to the tenants to see if there was anything I could do to have them stay. They explain that they were being transferred to San Jose. We have been living in a property managed by Orange County Property Management for over 6 months now. Before I moved in, I read these reviews. After my 6 month experience at the property, I felt they didn't get the representation which is due to them and want people to feel confident, they are in good hands. STAY AWAY! I was that girl that read the bad reviews and thought I'd try my luck because I really liked the place they had. Total definition of Slumlords. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions, but it was the most horrific renting experience I've ever had. Long story short I lived in our place for 8 weeks and had to move out because of uninhabitable living conditions. Horrible customer service.. Was initially told I would receive a response of my application in about 2-3 business days. I proceeded to call Maria (2 business day later)and she said she would return my call with an answer by the end of business day. She didn't call. So, we called the following day.. Once again, she said she'd return our call by end of business day. 14 days passed, I wrote a letter (they received it)and FINALLY a phone call.. Never, will do business with them again!!! People are correct !!! Those of You that have written reviews about " Orange County Property Management " Either they are "in a meeting" , "have gone home for the day" "plain out of the office "and will call you back. "That return phone call never" comes. They ask tenants to move out with written notice and simply tell you that o well the owners want you out and want the unit vacant.
