I had a new toilet put in by County Wide Plumbing over a year ago. After 15 months, I believed there was a problem with it and called them up about this. They showed up to fix it the very next day, courteous and prompt. Turns out there was no problem, I was in error. They were good enough not to charge me for this visit. County Wide has always been my go to repair for heating and air cond. repairs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and experienced beyond their competition. I have rental homes and would not let anyone else work on my properties. Also I do not have to be there to watch the job being done. Had a extremely pleasant experience with Country Wide Plumbing/heating air... Our service man was personable (when your an old talkative lady it really works) Upgraded us all in less than an hour. I called County Wide plumbing and requested Nick specifically. I saved the name of the repairman for future because he impressed me with his diligent work from time before. Nick diagnosed the problem quickly, brought in the necessary tools to do the job and was done in very little time. I recommend County Wide for any professional and reasonable plumbing services. I found County Wide through the BBB website. I called and spoke with Rick advising him of our leaking toilet, it was flooding and I wanted looked at right away. He dispatched a technician and within an hour Scott arrived. Scott was very professional and explained every step of the process along with the costs we would be incurring. I contacted #1 County Wide Plumbing Heating Rooter and Air after my 4 year old clogged the toilet with three rolls of toilet paper. The plumber who came to fix the toilet was polite, on time, and efficient. The prices were also lower than other plumbing companies I have used in the past. In late Sept 2011 the A/C went out on our Orange County home while we are living in Texas. Many companies tried to take advantage of us since we were out of state. Had a new Goodman Heating/Cooling system installed in our home on 6/4/11. My wife & I are very satisfied with the new system. CountyWide had the lowest quote, by far, of the three companies that I got quotes from. They also included the swap out of my old transite pipe in the garage in in the base price. I would just like to say how satisfied we are with the work that was done by County Wide Plumbing and especially Nick Sandoz, a Certified Technician. I dealt with County Wide Plumbing in Orange, California over 8/31 and 9/01/2009. I spoke with two people on the phone, John and Rick. John was by no means a warm and fuzzy man, but he was professional and efficient.
