WITH ONE MAJOR EXCEPTION MY NEW LEXUS 2012RX 450h IS A WONDERFUL VEHICLE IN MANY WAYS . THE PROBLEM OCCURS WHEN APPROACHING YOUR DESTINATION. THE GPS SYSTEM DOES NOT INFORM YOU WHETHER IT'S LOCATED ON THE LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS AND QUITE HONESTLY I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS LEXUS HAD I KNOWN THIS VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE WAS MISSING. I own a Lexus ES 300 (2003) and the first date of use was 30th April 2003 and with the Lexus powertrain warranty of 6 years or 70,000 miles. The car was under warranty on Jan 5, 2009. On Jan 5, 2009, the car had 56,977 miles when “Check Oil” lamp turned on. I took it to the “Lexus of Ann Arbor” service center and after a preliminary scan, the service person stated that the oil level is full so the lamp has been turned off.
