Called customer service and CS rep was nice but when he called the hub in JAX they could not tell him why it was marked delivered and now was on and "Appointment truck" says it will be delivered tomorrow, yet never made an appointment with us. They do not reach out to you. They do not keep delivery dates. After unveiling the outer cardboard layer it was quite evident that a forklift had driven into the side of the door, leaving large gouges through the interior box and deep punctures into trhe door. The driver clearly covered up and hid the damage and 7 photographs sent to them and they denied the claim. They quoted me a price, then billed me nearly double with no notice. It was for the same weight, pallet size, and goods they had shipped previously. After the pick up, they changed the class and category in increased the price with no notice. Further, they were very slow to deal with the issue and in the end told me to "do what you have to do, the law is on our side". This was from a manager. Call some one else.
