Terrible, I order 2 expensive studio monitors, wait 2 weeks for delivery only to receive one monitor. SO glad I spend almost $1,400. Customer service then argues with me that "they were shipped in one box" as if I cant tell an empty cardboard box from a full one. He returns to tell me his shipping guys forgot it on the dock and it was never shipped. Avoid this company like the plague. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! I ordered the Le Maitre Peasouper online...They also listed a special deal as well! 15% off. I ordered and paid by credit card. I then got an email asking me to call before they fulfill the order. I was looking for some Karaoke software for a Christmas present, and came across the website for Hollywood DJ. Now upon further research, I understand that what I purchased was old software, that was my fault. What I received however wasn’t. I spoke to Drew from Hollywood DJ and he was very helpful in recommending me equipment that I needed for music sampling and hooking up my turntable to my computer. He gave me a great price for some awesome speakers (Akai RPM3 production monitors), and an Electrix Ebox44 Audio Interface. I had problems hooking them up to my mac. This is DJ Drew and I highly recommend Hollywood DJ. I own a DJ business and I wanted to upgrade my Lighting Truss for a gig that was coming up the weekend I called. I talked to Alan and told him which truss I wanted they were able to have it to me before the gig. I can tell you that they really know the gear and always has the best prices. I'm a full-time DJ entertainer and this is the only place I've found that has everything I'm looking for, everytime I go there. The staff there goes to the extreme to help me get everytihing I need and if it's not in stock, they'll get it FAST. I placed order on March 5 and paid with Paypal but did not receive any acknowledgement of my order. The morning of March 8 I emailed Hollywood DJ about my concerns, no reply.
